The return and refund policy for a product like the "ikakey” audio learning app

1.Return Policy

a. Since ikakey app is a digital product, it is non-returnable and non-refundable after installed.

b. Once the buyer has been downloaded or accessed, the return policy for the "ikakey" app states that the sale is complete and that no returns are accepted.

c. As App cannot be returned the ID will get disabled after requesting by the customer.

2. Refund Policy

In the following circumstances under which a customer is eligible for a refund. –

  1. If the app is found to be defective or not functioning as advertised, the customer will be entitled to a refund. In case customer should

  1. If the customer accidentally made a duplicate purchase, they may be eligible for a refund for the duplicate transaction.

  1. If the customer has not downloaded or accessed the app for a consistent Three days from Purchased date, they will be eligible for a refund.

3. Proof in the form of Transaction details/ receipt of payment should be present while request of refund will be made by customer.

4. Refund will be paid in Rupee.

5. Refund will get proceed when the request from the customer will be generated on mail or text messages or in any written form.

6. Timeframe for Refunds- Customers can expect to receive their refunds after a written refund request has been made. After requesting a maximum of four days a refund will be paid. This may vary depending on the payment method.

7. Exceptions- Customer cannot expect the refund after long use (Max One week) of ikakey app. It's important for the customer to understand these policies and to be able to contact the company for any query/doubt/ complaint etc.
